East Cape is a luxury residential concept in Baja California, developed by Cornerstone Realty, and launched without a brand or built environment. To generate early interest, we created an award-winning digital experience that brought the vision to life. Working alongside experience designers, we crafted the brand’s visual identity and brought it to life through an interactive landing page. A custom day/night toggle let users explore both the tranquil, sun-soaked mornings and the vibrant nightlife energy, designed to resonate with both older buyers and younger, adventure-seeking audiences.

The challenge

The client was launching a new beachfront property in Baja, Mexico, but with no physical homes yet built, they needed to build early interest and establish a compelling brand presence from the ground up. They needed a digital experience that could showcase the future vision, attract potential buyers, and feel high-end and immersive, despite limited assets.

The solution

We created a full brand identity for Azula Beach Club, then brought it to life through an interactive microsite designed to drive interest and capture leads. The site included custom UI elements like a day/night toggle that let users view architectural renders in different lighting, helping to simulate the property’s vibe before construction. The UX focused on elegant storytelling, discovery, and building trust in a dream that was still in development.
